Amazon Chime : Employees can meet, chat and place business phone calls with a single and secure application from anywhere in the world.For more on Amazon Chime, visit our blog

Amazon WorkDocs: Team members sitting in different locations can now easily and securely share content, collaborate, edit documents with this fully managed service from AWS. This service lets you integrate with your existing systems, and offers a rich API so that you can develop your own content-rich applications.

Amazon Workspaces: Enables remote workers to get a fast,responsive desktop of their choice that they can access anywhere, anytime, from any supported device. This is a Desktop-As-A-Service(DaaS) solution from AWS that is both secure as well as fully managed that delivers cloud desktop accessible anywhere with an internet connection.

Amazon AppStream 2.0:- Amazon AppStream 2.0 is a fully managed application streaming service that allows students to access the applications they need on any computer, whether they’re in the classroom, the library, a cafe, or at home. Your students simply open a web browser, choose the application they need, and start learning.

Amazon Connect: Amazon Connect enables businesses to have a fully operational contact center that can be operated virtually anywhere. For more details, click here.   

Amazon Client VPN:-  A fully-managed, pay-as-you-go VPN service that elastically scales to support thousands of remote users. Client VPN is designed so your employees can access any company resource, both within AWS and on premises, from any location, with one console to manage all connections. You can create Client VPN endpoints, associate them with VPC subnets, and set up authorization rules so your users can access the resources they need – whether using laptops or mobile devices.

What are the offers currently available for each of the above services?

Amazon Chime : AWS will offer free use of all Amazon Chime Pro features for online meetings and video conferencing from March 4, 2020 to June 30, 2020 for all customers that start using Amazon Chime for the first time during this period from their AWS account.

Amazon Workspaces:  Starting April 1st, AWS will offer free use of Amazon WorkSpaces with Standard, Value, and Performance bundles for up to 50 WorkSpaces through June 30, 2020 for all new customers that start using WorkSpaces for the first time during this period from their AWS account.

Amazon WorkDocs : AWS will offer free use of all Amazon WorkDocs features with 1 TB of storage per user for up to first 50 users from March 16, 2020 to June 30, 2020 for all customers that start using Amazon WorkDocs for the first time during this period from their AWS account. This does not include any Amazon WorkSpaces and WorkDocs bundle offering.

Amazon AppStream 2.0 : As part of the AWS Free Tier, you can use Amazon AppStream 2.0 free for 40 hours per month of the stream.standard.large instance type when using Image Builder.

Amazon Connect :  As part of the AWS Free Tier, the following usage is included with Amazon Connect for free each month for the first 12 months that you use the service:

  • 90 minutes per month of Amazon Connect service usage, which includes all minutes that any user is logged in to and using Amazon Connect, or a contact is active in your contact center, such as a customer interacting with an Amazon Lex bot.
  • A local direct inward dial (DID) number for the AWS region
  • 30 minutes per month of local (to the country in which the AWS region is located) inbound DID calls
  • 30 minutes per month of local (to the country in which the AWS region is located) outbound calls
  • For instances created in US regions, a US toll-free number for use per month and 30 minutes per month of US inbound toll-free calls
  • 500 messages per month of Amazon Connect chat.
